1. Who we are
This website (laiskus.ee) is operated by Laiskus Software OÜ, registered in Estonia (registry code 14943478, VAT EE100911963), with its main office in Tallinn. For all privacy-related questions, contact us at sergeyku@mail.ee.
We are the data controller for personal data processed through this website within the meaning of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2. What data we collect and why
2.1. Contact and partner-program forms
When you submit a form on our landing pages (server solutions, cloud servers, partner program, contact page), we collect the data you provide: name, company name, email address, phone number, partner type, company website and your message. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry and, where applicable, to negotiate and deliver the services or partnership you requested. Legal basis: performing steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and/or our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).
2.2. Technical anti-spam data
With each form submission we also record your IP address and browser user-agent string for rate-limiting and spam protection. These technical fields are automatically deleted after 90 days. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the website from automated abuse (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
2.3. Server logs
Our hosting provider keeps standard web-server access logs (IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent, referrer) for operational and security purposes. Logs are rotated by the provider.
3. Retention
- Form submissions: up to 3 years after last contact, so we can follow up on ongoing inquiries and partnerships. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time.
- IP address and user agent attached to a submission: 90 days, then automatically erased.
- Server access logs: kept by the hosting provider according to their retention policy.
4. Who we share data with
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We do not run Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other third-party tracking on this site. Data you submit is processed by:
- Our hosting provider (Elkdata / Veebimajutus, Estonia, EU) — stores website files and the database.
- The email service used to deliver inquiry notifications to us.
All processors operate within the EU/EEA.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
This site does not set marketing or tracking cookies. The few cookies that may appear are strictly technical:
pll_language— remembers the language you picked (Polylang); expires in 1 year.- WordPress session cookies — only set if an administrator logs in.
6. Your rights under GDPR
You have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15);
- request correction of inaccurate data (Art. 16);
- request deletion of your data (Art. 17);
- request restriction of processing (Art. 18);
- data portability (Art. 20);
- object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21);
- lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, aki.ee).

7. Data breach notification
If we become aware of a personal-data breach that is likely to affect your rights, we will notify the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate within 72 hours and inform affected users without undue delay, as required by GDPR Art. 33–34.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of the page reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be announced on this page at least 14 days before they take effect.
